HOSPICE CARE

• Our goal is to provide meaningful enrichment for the social, emotional, physical and mental needs of each resident. Dignity and independence are revered and protected.
   
• Our commitment is to enhance the quality of life for all by encouraging free agency and choices.
   
• Our passion is to provide safe, considerate and comfortable end-of-life care with the emphasis on maintenance of a pain free peaceful environment.
   
• We consider it a privilege to sit at the bedside of a friend when the lamp of life grows dim. And , when it flickers out, memory of the glow remains with us.
   
• Two For One Hospice Care. Contingent on an available apartment licensed for two people, along with total agreement of the people involved, the second person is invited to make a home and remain with the ill person through the final illness. A nominal fee agreed to in advanced will be charged for meals and other services. There is no increase in the price of the living unit or other ordinary fees.

Monthly service fees for Hospice patients are determined on and individual basis, depending on the size of the apartment desired, and extra care required for activities of daily living (ADL). Apartments start at $1900 (studio) and $2500 (one bedroom).
